ISRO Collaborates with the Australian Space Agency for the Gaganyaan Mission

The Indian Gaganyaan mission marks a landmark in human space exploration and has gained considerable momentum through collaboration between Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and the Australian Space Agency (ASA). Both agencies have signed a memorandum of Understanding to enhance cooperation, especially concerning crew safety and module recovery of the mission.     Strengthening India-Australia Space Collaboration:   The agreement was formalized on 20 November 2024, wherein D.K. Singh, Director of ISRO's Human Space Flight Centre (HSFC), and Jarrod Powell, General Manager of the ASA Space Capability Branch, signed the document in Bengaluru and Canberra respectively.
